1. Service Overview

Gully provides a hyper-local delivery service for groceries, food, and essentials. Our "10-minute delivery" promise is subject to traffic, weather conditions, and operational availability within specific zones of Varanasi (Assi, BHU, Cantt, etc.).

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and phone number used for OTP login.

3. Delivery Conditions

Address Accuracy: It is the user's responsibility to provide the correct location. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unreachable, Gully reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.

10-Minute Goal: While we strive for 10 minutes, "Gully Speed" may vary during peak hours or heavy rain.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on distance and order value.

We accept Online Payments (UPI, Cards) and Cash on Delivery (COD).

5. Order Cancellation

Due to our instant dispatch system, orders can only be cancelled within 60 seconds of placement.

Gully reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or restricted delivery zones.

6. Use of Technology

Users must not attempt to hack, scrape, or interfere with the website's functionality.

Our "Location Services" (GPS) are used solely to verify if your area is eligible for 10-minute delivery.

7. Quality & Liability

Gully acts as a bridge between local vendors/warehouses and customers. While we ensure high-quality checks, our liability is limited to the value of the product ordered.

8. Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
