Gully - Return & Refund Policy

At Gully, we are committed to delivering freshness within 10 minutes. Because we deal with perishable goods and instant deliveries, our policy is designed to be fair and fast.

1. On-the-Spot Returns (Doorstep Verification)

We encourage all customers to check their items at the time of delivery. If any item is damaged, expired, or incorrect, you can return it to our delivery partner immediately at the doorstep. No questions asked.

2. Perishable Goods (Fruits, Vegetables, Dairy, Bread)

Due to the nature of fresh products, returns for fruits, vegetables, milk, and bread are only accepted at the time of delivery.

Once the delivery partner leaves, we cannot accept returns for these items unless there is a hidden quality issue (e.g., inside of a fruit being rotten).

3. Damaged or Wrong Items (Post-Delivery)

If you find an issue after the delivery partner has left, you must report it within 30 minutes of delivery via our support section or WhatsApp.

Please provide a photo of the damaged or incorrect product.We will either send a replacement immediately or process a full refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once the seal or packaging is opened:

Personal care products (Soaps, Shampoos, etc.) Baby care products (Diapers, Food) Items that have been used or altered.

5. Refund Timeline

Online Payments (UPI/Cards): Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds can be issued instantly to your Gully Wallet or via UPI transfer.

6. Cancellation Policy

Since we aim for 10-minute delivery, orders are dispatched almost instantly. You can only cancel your order within 60 seconds of placing it. Once the rider is on the way, cancellations are not allowed.
